Childminding Terms and Conditions

Opening Hours and Fees

• We are open 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday
• We are closed Weekends and Bank Holidays
• Standard Fees are £6.75 per hour

Charges for Food

• Lunch - £1.50
• Evening Meals -
• Under 1 year old - £1.50
• 1 - 4 years old - £2.00
• 5 years old and over - £2.75

• Monthly fees are charged a month in advance and paid for by 1st of the month
• Weekly fees are charged a week in advance and must be paid on the last working day of the previous week
• We are able to accept a wide range of childcare vouchers. Contact us to check if we can accept your vouchers
• Fees are reviewed yearly and are next due for review in April 2024

Other Charges

• Your Holiday - As long as we are given 2 calendar months notice of your holiday or occasional days, then no charge will be made
• Our Holiday - We charge up to three weeks of our holiday per year. This is normally one week at Christmas and two other weeks during the year
• Late Collection without prior notice - We charge £10.00 per hour or part of
• Additional Hours with less than 48 hours notice - We charge £8.50 per hour or part of
• Additional Hours with more than 48 hours notice - Standard Fees of £6.75 per hour are charged
• Late Payment of Fees - We charge £15.00 per week and reserve the right not to accept your child, or terminate the contract if this is a regular occurence
• Sickness - If we are closed due to our sickness then fees will be refunded. If your child is unable to attend due to sickness then full fees remain payable

Termination of Contract

Four weeks notice is required from either party to terminate or amend contracts. An exception to this is for abuse or violence towards us or any child in our care, in which case we will impose immediate termination of the contract.
